We care deeply about the quality of every detail — from a single button hover state to the structure of AI-generated content.
Genuine User Empathy
We want people who can put themselves in the shoes of a non-fiction author trying to build an audience — and build for that person.
Speed and Ownership
We move fast and expect the people we work with to take ownership of problems, not wait to be told what to do.
Honesty Over Polish
We would rather hear an honest 'this is not working' than a polished update that hides the real problem.
