These terms apply to all users including free users, paid subscribers, and anyone who accesses or browses our website.

Repagify is an AI-powered content repurposing platform that transforms long-form written content into SEO blog posts, LinkedIn posts, Twitter/X threads, and email newsletters.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

To use Repagify, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.

You agree to use Repagify only for lawful purposes. You must not:

— Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
— Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
— Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from our platform
— Use Repagify to generate spam, misinformation, or deceptive content
— Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the platform
— Use automated tools to access the platform beyond what is permitted by our API terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Repagify, including manuscripts, documents, and any generated outputs.

By uploading content, you grant Repagify a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering our service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you upload does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

AI-generated outputs produced by Repagify are provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking all generated content before publication.

Repagify does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or originality of AI-generated content. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the publication or use of generated content.

Repagify offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected.

Free tier: limited to 2 lifetime conversions with no payment required.

Paid plans: charged in advance for each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our 7-day money-back guarantee.

7-Day Guarantee: If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid plan, contact us at hello@repagify.afriflare.com for a full refund.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your paid plan until that date.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violation of these terms without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repagify and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Repagify in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Repagify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Repagify after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
