Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google.

Content You Upload: We collect and temporarily process the text, PDF, and DOCX files you upload to generate content. This content is processed to deliver our service and is not used for any other purpose.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and conversion history.

Payment Information: Payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Communications: If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence to respond to your request.

Your Intellectual Property Stays Yours. Any content you upload to Repagify — including book manuscripts, whitepapers, and other written material — remains your intellectual property at all times.

We Do Not Train AI on Your Content. Your uploaded content is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model. Content is processed solely to generate your requested output and is not retained beyond what is needed to deliver the service.

Content Storage: Generated outputs saved to your history are stored securely in our database and are accessible only to you.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate Repagify, including:

Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
Stripe — payment processing
Anthropic / AI providers — content generation processing
Resend — transactional email delivery

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We may also disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Repagify and its users.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

Conversion history is retained until you delete it or close your account. You can delete individual conversions or all conversions at any time from your account settings.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
